i got inspired vxunderground and eric parker to start looking into malware analysis the other day so im spinning up a VM with tiny 11 to use as a lab and look into various trojans with wireshark and binja and post some interesting stuff i find on this page. (though ill probably forget about this by the time school comes back lmao)

started setting up and downloading the tools ill be using. if you find some weird link (but not something you KNOW is malware, since im pretty sure distributing that stuff is against the law and i dont want this site taken down) then please send it to sworded@cock.li and i could take a look at it

what i plan to do right now is find random public mediafire/google drive links via going to google and typing `site:mediafire.com/file/ -site:blog.mediafire.com` downloading a few interesting files, turning the internet off in the vm (just in case) and executing them and/or decompiling them

i got a sizeable haul of trojans and malware from typing "free roblox hacks" on youtube and sorting by uploaded today and just going down a rabbithole of google ads and fake hack client links.

some of the keen eyed among you may notice that i have alot of APK files because they are like 20x more interesting to look inside since theyre designed to be installed by a six year old on mummy's ipad

windows defender was actually doing a good job at stopping downloads which kind of pissed me off

i looked a bit into the doge trojan today and it had an advertisement and a telegram link in the .zip that ill look into soon.
